RIDE STRONG REVIEW

Find Out What’s
Really Holding
Your Riding Back

A free 30-minute call with Menachem Brodie for competitive cyclists over 40 who want to get stronger, race faster, and keep improving.

Most Riders Are Working
on the Wrong Thing

When competitive riders over 40 plateau, they usually guess at the fix. More intervals. A new bike fit. A lifting program from a magazine.

Sometimes that helps. Often it just adds fatigue to a problem nobody has named yet.

The Ride Strong Review is where you name it.

FAQ

Frequently
Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions about the Ride Strong Review.

— I'm already fit and racing. Can I still get faster?

Yes. Most experienced riders who plateau are working hard on the wrong limiters. By identifying the exact gaps in your strength, recovery, and movement patterns, we can unlock meaningful performance gains without just adding more volume.

— Am I too old to get faster?

No. Masters cyclists routinely hit personal power and speed records well into their 40s, 50s, and 60s when they train with targeted strength work and proper periodization designed for mature athletes.

— Will strength training hurt my riding?

Not when done correctly. Cycling-specific strength training is designed to support on-bike power, improve fatigue resistance, and prevent injury, not leave you too sore to ride effectively.

— Do I need a gym?

No. Programs can be tailored to home gym setups, minimal equipment (kettlebells, resistance bands), or full commercial gym access depending on what you have available.

— Is this a sales call?

No high-pressure pitch. The Ride Strong Review is a focused 30-minute diagnostic session to assess your riding and strength. If 1-on-1 coaching is a great fit, we'll explain how it works; if not, you'll still walk away with a clear action plan.

— What does coaching cost?

Coaching options and pricing are discussed directly on the call based on the level of individualization, communication, and programming support you need.
